e-File Forms

Virginia now requires Thompson Greenspon & Co. to electronically file all Virginia individual income tax returns unless the taxpayer opts out of electronic filing by completing Form 8454T.

Below are links to electronic filing forms that we need in order to complete your tax returns.  The E-file authorization form should be completed if you would like us to electronically file your tax returns.  Form 8454T should be completed if you would like to opt out of electronically filing your tax returns.  We have provided a sample Form 8454T that includes a general explanation for opting out of electronically filing.  You may sign and return the sample Form 8454T or you may complete the blank Form 8454T using your own explanation for opting out.
