Rick Castro is a principal at Thompson, Greenspon & Co. P.C., he joined the firm in 1987, and has been a principal in the firm since 2000. Rick started his career at a national firm working on a variety of industries; working in various departments: auditing, consulting and tax.

Rick has been involved in many aspects of client service and has become a trusted business partner with his clients. His involvement with the Firm’s Construction Services Group, and the Financial Institutions Services Group as well as various nonprofit organizations has made for an exceptionally deep and versatile background. Rick is also the lead partner in charge of the internal IT department at T&G.

Rick was named a Super CPA by the Virginia Society of Certified Public Accountants in 2011 in the category of Assurance Services. He is regularly asked to speak on technical issues at industry organizations.
