Full Charge Bookkeeper
Thompson Greenspon is seeking a full-time full-charge bookkeeper to work on accounting needs for several clients.
A qualified candidate will :
- Have recent bookkeeping/accounting experience in an office setting
- Be detail-oriented
- Have advanced QuickBooks knowledge
- Possess strong computer skills, including MS Word and Excel
- Have 5+ years of relevant experience
Responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:
- Preparation of Federal, state and local payroll returns
- Preparation of personal property returns and business licenses
- General ledger work
- Bank reconciliations
- A/P and A/R
- Other general office duties such as: bank deposit, credit card processing, assisting IT department with special projects
