Tax Staff
Caleb is a tax staff accountant at Thompson Greenspon. Upon graduation from college in 2019, he started his accounting career with a Big Four accounting firm as a staff auditor. In 2020, he moved to a small family-owned tax practice in Northern VA, where he built a foundation in tax preparation for individual and S-Corp returns. In addition, Caleb has experience working for a government subcontractor, strengthening his understanding of operational accounting.

On a Personal Note
Caleb grew up on a farm of sorts, where he spent 9 years taking care of honey bees before heading off to college. Now, when he’s not crunching numbers, you’ll find him grappling on the mats doing Brazilian Jiu Jitsu (he’s been at it for over a year!). He also speaks a bit of Spanish, thanks to his Puerto Rican grandma and a month-long Spanish immersion in Peru—though he doesn’t practice as much as he’d like. And, as the oldest of 8 siblings, he’s always juggling family time with everything else!
