Tax Individual Program Manager
Donna Berk is the Tax Individual Practice Manager at Thompson Greenspon, where she works with individuals, families, and fiduciaries on personal, trust, and estate income tax returns, as well as gift tax filings. An Enrolled Agent with more than 20 years of experience, Donna has guided clients through everything from multi-state filings to IRS audits and tax resolution—always with a focus on clarity, practicality, and peace of mind.
Donna enjoys connecting people with the right expertise and crafting solutions that reflect each client’s unique goals. She believes tax planning is about more than numbers—it’s about building relationships based on trust, understanding, and sound advice that supports both immediate needs and long-term well-being.
Before joining Thompson Greenspon in 2021, Donna owned her own financial planning business and served as CFO for an international nonprofit providing schools, medical clinics, and orphan care—a mission she continues to support.
