Jeff Miller joined Thompson Greenspon in 2018 as a manager in the accounting and auditing department after working for a regional CPA firm in the DC Metropolitan Area for 10 years.
Jeff has provided financial statement auditing, tax and management advisory services to a variety of different clients during his career, including staffing firms, government contractors, and construction contractors. He has solid experience with consolidated financial statement audits, reviews, compilations as well as tax services of clients over $500M, assisting with monthly bookkeeping and controllership duties. His tax experience includes knowledge of both corporate and individual taxation on a federal and state level, having prepared consolidated tax returns of over 25 different states. He has extensive experience with a number of various accounting software packages, including data extraction software. Jeff has served as the Chairman of Associated Builders and Contractors – Virginia Chapter, Young Leaders committee. While serving as Chairman, he has increased participation from five to fourteen committee members while nearly selling out all Young Leaders events.
Jeff earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from George Mason University in 2007. He is licensed as a CPA in the state of Virginia and Maryland. He is also a member of the American Institute of CPAs, Virginia Society of CPAs and Maryland Association of CPAs.

When Jeff is not working, he can be found on the golf course, coaching his two boys, and spending time with his amazing and supportive wife.
