Kalynn is Thompson Greenspon’s Recruiting and Culture Coordinator. She joined the firm early 2026, and is the first point of contact for interested and incoming talent!
Originally from the Los Angeles area, Kalynn has been in Talent Acquisition for 10 years, having recruited for multiple industries like Construction, Environmental Consulting, Software, Healthcare, and Aviation. She has experience hiring for all types of roles, including entry-level sales, CEOs, and Managing Partners.
