Administrative Assistant
Kathy Souther brings over 45 years of professional experience to the firm, with more than 15 years dedicated to Thompson Greenspon. Prior to joining the firm, she had a diverse career with various roles in business administration, executive office management, marketing, and government contracting accounting, including 11 years in the GovCon sector for a small women-owned business.
At Thompson Greenspon, Kathy manages library and subscription resources and provides executive support to Managing Partner Carolyn Quill and GovCon niche leader Andrew Henderson. In addition, she provides administrative support to our construction, A&A and government contracting groups.
On a Personal Note
Outside of her professional commitments, Kathy cherishes spending time with her husband, children, and church family. She also finds relaxation and joy in her passions for reading and gardening.
