Melissa Ware is a longstanding employee of Thompson Greenspon, having worked for the firm for 20+ years. In her current role as Firm Administrator, she works closely with the managing principal and is responsible for the firm’s administrative and HR functions.  She is responsible for any day-to-day firm issues that arise and works with the partner group to implement and improve firm policies and initiatives.
