Melissa Ware is a longstanding employee of Thompson Greenspon, having worked for the firm for 18+ years. As HR Manager, Melissa oversees recruitment, on-boarding, employee retention and works with the partner group to implement and improve firm policies and initiatives.   In addition to human resources, she also provides administrative support, including overseeing Efiling, reviewing financial statements and billing.
