Principal
Tim Wilson is a principal in the tax department, and has been with Thompson Greenspon since 2011. Before joining the firm, he worked several years for a mid-sized CPA firm in New Jersey.
Tim specializes in tax return compliance and planning services to partnerships, C and S Corporations, and sole proprietors. He assists clients with complex transactions, and has significant experience with mergers and acquisitions. Tim’s areas of expertise include clients in the professional services, construction & real estate, and government contracting industries, as well as other closely-held businesses and their owners.
