Donna Berk is the Tax Individual Program Manager of Thompson Greenspon, joining the firm in 2021. She is responsible for the review and preparation of individual Federal and multi-state tax returns.

Donna is an Enrolled Agent, a federally licensed tax preparer who has unlimited rights to practice before the IRS. For the past five years, she has represented businesses and individuals to negotiate outstanding income tax liabilities, Installment Agreements and Penalty Abatement Requests.

Donna has over 20 years experience providing advisory services to high-net-worth individuals, closely held businesses, non-profits, estates, and trusts. In addition, she had served as the CFO for an international non-profit organization for eight years.

She holds a Bachelors degree in Philosophy from the University of Maryland magna cum laude, and a Masters degree in Business from Marymount University summa cum laude. Donna regularly participates in continuing education programs.
