Tax Manager
Jeff McCurry is a tax manager at Thompson Greenspon responsible for the review of Federal and multi-state tax returns, IRS & state resolution, as well as tax compliance and planning strategies for a variety of clients, including professional service firms, government contractors, closely-held businesses and individuals. Prior to joining the firm, Jeff gained 12 years of experience working for a large local CPA firm.
Jeff graduated from Virginia Tech with a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting and a minor in Chemistry. He is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, and the Virginia Society of Certified Public Accountants.

On a Personal Note
With two sons out of college, Jeff and his wife Kristin are enjoying time with their new rescue dogs, a bernadoodle named Baron von Snuggles & a poodle named Princess Pepper.
Jeff is also a supporter of the National Alopecia Areata Foundation and the Carolina Poodle Rescue.
