As the Director of Client Accounting & Advisory Services, Nick’s expertise lies in interpreting the outsourced accounting necessities across diverse industries to expand and enhance the services offerings provided to Thompson Greenspon clients.
Before joining Thompson Greenspon, Nick held the title of Principal and CAAS Practice Area Leader at a Top 100 CPA firm where he led a team of 18 accountants and managed over 120 client accounts. His role as Managing Director of the Cincinnati office for a national outsourced accounting firm further solidifies his leadership and expertise in the field. Notably, Nick also helmed his own outsourced accounting and CFO consulting firm for a decade, delivering services across multiple industries, from monthly accounting operations to varied CFO consulting tasks.
With an impressive career spanning fifteen years in outsourced accounting and nearly two decades in corporate accounting, Nick has the ability to demystify the outsourced accounting process for non-accountant business owners. Nick’s industry experience is broad and inclusive, with significant contributions to construction, manufacturing, medical, professional services, and nonprofit sectors.

On a Personal Note
Nick is a three-time member of the United States Duathlon team and represented our country in the World Championships in Europe, finishing in the top half of the participants in his age group each time! He’s completed 13 marathons, 5 triathlons and 122 duathlons. When Nick isn’t running, cycling or swimming, you can find him on the pickle ball court, reading a suspense novel, or spending time with his family.
